Put cocoa powder and cake flour in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
Add hot water and mix until lumps and powder are gone. -

Heat in a 500W microwave for 3 minutes.
Take a rough fever. -

Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. -

生地を取り出す。
お好みの大きさに切って完成。
Point
・I use a 10cm Tupperware.
・If you want to make it sweeter, you can add sugar to your liking.
・If you put plastic wrap on the Tupperware, it will be easier to take out the dough.
・During step 2, insert a toothpick after heating to check if the dough sticks.
・Chilling time in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours is not included in the required time.
