  • (A) Mirin : 大さじ1
  • (A) cooking sake : 大さじ1

  • 卵 : 1個
  • 塩(茹で卵用) : 小さじ1/2
  • 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
  • (B) mayonnaise : 大さじ2
  • (B) Sugar : 小さじ/2
  • (B) Vinegar : 小さじ1
  • (B) salt and pepper : 適量
