- (A) Miso : 大さじ1
- (A) Chicken bone soup base (paste) : 大さじ1

- 白練りごま : 大さじ3
- 豆板醬 : 小さじ2
- ごま油 : 大さじ1
- チンゲン菜 : 4枚
- 中華麺 : 2玉
- white roasted sesame : 適量
- ラー油 : 適量
