  • (A)チューブ生姜 : 2cm
  • (B)水 : 小さじ2/3
  • (B)片栗粉 : 小さじ2/3

Procedure

    豚ひき肉の色が変わったら、白菜と混ぜて炒める。
    白菜が軟らかくなったら(A)と春雨を加え、混ぜながら煮る。
    4分30秒煮て、春雨がお好みの固さになったら一旦火を止める。

    器に(B)を入れよく混ぜてから2に加える。
    再度火をつけ、ひと煮立ちさせてとろみがついたら完成。
