  • まぐろのたたき : 80g
  • きゅうり : 適量

・押し寿司の型がない場合は、タッパーで代用可。具を加えたらよく押さえつけると良い。
・お好みで、すし飯に大葉を加えても良い。
・米酢を使用。穀物酢で代用可。
・炒り卵にマヨネーズを加えることで色味が良くなりふわふわの食感になる。
・ご飯は固めに炊き、温かいものを使用する。
