Ingredients
- Unsalted butter : 100g

Chop the cashew nuts with a knife.

Add the unsalted butter to a bowl and mix with a rubber spatula.
Add the cane sugar and mix.
Add salt and mix.
Beat the whole eggs and add them a little at a time, mixing each time.
Sift in the flour, baking powder, and baking soda and mix in a cutting motion.
Stir in the cashews and dark chocolate.
Place 100g of dough on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. -

Top with remaining dark chocolate.
Bake in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
Reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.

・Roast the cashew nuts in an oven preheated to 150°C for 15 minutes.
・Bring the unsalted butter back to room temperature.
- When baking, you can also make them smaller by rolling them into balls of 40g each.
