Ingredients

  • black coffee : 500g
  • Powdered gelatin (for coffee jelly) : 6g

  • (A) Powdered gelatin : 4g
  • (A) Water : 30cc

Procedure

  1. 1) Make coffee jelly 00:32

    Put 40ml of black coffee into a heat-resistant container.
    Add powdered gelatin (for coffee jelly).

    Stir to dissolve and pour back into the bottle.
    Mix the mixture, put the lid on the bottle and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
