- 小かぶ : 4個
- (A) Liquor : 大さじ2
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ1
- 油 : 大さじ1.5
- 塩 : 適量
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ2
- 白だし : 大さじ1
- 水 : 200ml
