Ingredients
- Chicken thigh : 1 piece (280g)
- Salt and pepper (for chicken thighs) : Appropriate amount
- (A) Alcohol : 小さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ1
- 米粉 : 大さじ2
- ゆで卵 : 2個
- マヨネーズ : 大さじ3
- レモンの皮 : 1個分
- レモン汁 : 小さじ2
- Salt and pepper (for lemon tartar sauce) : Appropriate amount
- 米油 : 大さじ2
- パセリ : 適量

Prepare the chicken thighs

Carefully remove the white tendons from the chicken thighs.
Poke the skin with the tip of a knife and make several cuts.
Spread the chicken thighs out, making cuts with a knife to reduce their thickness.
Transfer to a tray, add salt and pepper (for the chicken thighs), and mix well.
Pour (A) on and gently rub.
Leave it for about 10 minutes and season. -

Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice. -

Roughly chop the whites and add to the bowl.
Add mayonnaise and mix well.

Add the lemon zest and juice from step 2 and mix well. -

Place chicken thighs skin side down in frying pan.
