  • tomato : 1 piece
  • エビ : 6尾
  • マッシュルーム : 3個
  • ニンニク : 3片
  • 唐辛子 : 1本
  • オリーブオイル : 90ml
  • 塩 : 適量
  • 黒胡椒 : 適量
  • パセリ : 適量
  • フランスパン : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) prepare the tomatoes 00:04

    ニンニクの香りが出たらトマトを裏返す。
    エビとマッシュルームを入れる。
    全体に火が通るように時々裏返す。
    エビとマッシュルームに火が通ったら黒胡椒とパセリを散らして完成。
