Wash the turnips.
cut off the leaves.
Cut the turnip into 1 cm wide round slices.
Put water (not listed) and turnips in a bowl and lightly soak to remove dirt.
Cut the leaves into 3 cm wide pieces.
Wipe off the moisture from the washed turnip with kitchen paper.

Add sesame oil to a frying pan and heat.
Arrange the turnips and bake until browned.
Add leaves and fry.

Add mentsuyu to 2 and boil.
When the turnip is soft, put it on a plate and it's done.
