Ingredients
- tomato : 2 pieces
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Vinegar : 大さじ1/2〜1
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ1
- (A) Grated ginger : 1かけ
- (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ1
- White sesame seeds (for seasoning) : 大さじ1
- 韓国海苔 : 1パック
- 粗挽き黒胡椒 : 適量
- 白すりごま(トッピング用) : 適量

Remove the stems from the tomatoes.
Cut the tomatoes in half and cut into 7-8mm half moon slices. -

Add (A) to a bowl and mix.

Add ground white sesame seeds (for seasoning) and mix.
Tear up the Korean seaweed and add it in, then mix. -

Sprinkle with white sesame seeds (for topping) and coarsely ground black pepper to finish.
Point
- Cutting the tomatoes into half moons will help the flavors blend better.
・The seasoning also goes well with somen noodles.
If you don't have Korean seaweed, you can use roasted seaweed instead.
・Adding ground white sesame seeds gives it a fragrant finish.
・It tastes delicious even if chilled in the refrigerator.
