- whole seaweed : 5-6 sheets
- 水 : 150cc

Prepare whole seaweed
Using scissors, cut the whole seaweed into quarters lengthwise.
Cut into 4 equal parts horizontally.

Add mentsuyu and baking powder and mix.
Put frying oil in a frying pan and raise the temperature to 180 degrees.
