Break the chocolate into small pieces and place in a bowl.
Heat in the microwave for 1 minute at 500W.
Mix and dissolve with a spatula.

Separate the eggs into yolks and whites.
Add 1 egg yolk and mix.

Whisk the egg whites with a hand mixer.
