- sugar : 1 tsp
- Sesame oil : 4 tbsp
- Kimchi : About 100g
- Doubanjiang : Amount of your choice
- Roasted sesame : Appropriate amount

Quickly boil bean sprouts, chopped leeks, and chopped carrots, add chicken gala (1/2 tsp), sesame oil (1/2 tsp), and salt (a pinch), and mix to make namul.

Put sesame oil in a frying pan, add beef, fry in sauce of grilled meat and sugar, and take it out once.

Point
・ The point is to spread the rice in a frying pan and wait without touching it until it makes a crackling sound in order to make a beautiful sardine. Leave space for eggs in the middle.
・ If you don't know if the rice is scorched, gently look at it from the edge of the frying pan with a wooden spatula.
・ Mix doubanjiang when eating.
