  • 鶏むね肉 : 1 piece (350-400g)

  • 片栗粉 : 大さじ2

  • (A) Sugar : 大さじ1/2
  • (A) Oyster sauce : 大さじ1/2
  • (A) Black pepper : 適量
  • 片栗粉(衣用) : 大さじ7
  • 水 : 大さじ2
  • サラダ油 : 適量

Procedure

    Pierce the chicken breast on both sides with a fork to make holes.
    Cut in half lengthwise.
