Ingredients

  • 切り落としマグロ : 180g
  • 米 : 220g
  • 水 : 190g
  • kelp : 8g
  • 醤油 : 100ml
  • 砂糖(漬けダレ用) : 大さじ2
  • (A)酒 : 50ml
  • (A)みりん : 50ml
  • (B)砂糖 : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (B)塩 : 小さじ1
  • (B)酢 : 大さじ4

Procedure
