- トマトジュース(濃いめ) : 400ml
- カシューナッツ : 40g
- バター : 10g
- おろしにんにく : 小さじ1
- おろししょうが : 小さじ1
- 塩 : 小さじ1
- (A)パプリカパウダー : 大さじ1
- (A)クミンパウダー : 大さじ1
- (A)コリアンダーパウダー : 大さじ1
- 生クリーム : 100ml
- 砂糖 : 大さじ1

ミキサーにカシューナッツとトマトジュース1/3を入れペースト状にする。

具材を炒めて煮込む

Add butter, grated garlic, grated ginger, and chicken thighs to a frying pan, add salt, and fry over medium heat until the chicken thighs change color.
When the whole is cooked, reduce the heat to low, add (A) and heat for 1 minute.
Add 1 and tomato juice and bring to a light boil, then cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, add fresh cream and sugar and mix well. -

Point
・Canned tomatoes can be substituted for tomato juice.
・Since the spices are non-spicy, even children can eat them.
・If you don't have a blender, you can use a coffee grinder or sesame grinder instead, or use almond powder instead.
・The spice powder burns easily, so add it over low heat and fry.
・If you like, add 1/4 to 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon powder to increase sweetness and depth.
