Cut off the stalks of the enoki mushrooms and loosen them.

Add black pepper and mix.

Put 2 in a frying pan, spread it round and bake for about 2 minutes on medium heat.
Fold in half and brown both sides.
Cut into bite-size pieces and place on a plate to complete.
