- (B) Noodle soup : 大さじ1
- (B) Miso : 小さじ1/2
- (B) Sesame oil : 小さじ1
- (B) Mirin : 大さじ1/2
- Sesame oil (for grilling) : 小さじ1と1/2

Put (A) in a bowl and mix.
Mix (B) in another bowl.
Cut the melted cheese in half and cool it in the refrigerator. -
