・サラダ油はごま油、オリーブオイルなどお好みのものを使用可。
・工程3で煮絡め過ぎると味が濃くなるので注意する。
・大きめのフライパンを使用してかぼちゃが重ならないように焼く。
・辛みを足したい場合は、唐辛子を加えて作っても良い。
