フライパンにオリーブオイルを引いて熱し、1を入れて炒める。

しらたきの下準備をする

しらたきをザルに入れて水洗いし、お湯(分量外)をかけて水気を切る。

2にしめじを加えて炒める。
全体に火が通ったらしらたきと(A)を加えて炒める。
水分が全て飛ぶ少し前に、柚子胡椒チューブを加えて全体によく混ぜる。
水分が飛んだら、黒胡椒を加えて完成。
