- めんつゆ : 大さじ1と小さじ1/2
- 鰹節 : 適量
- 小ネギ : 適量
- 卵白 : 1個分
- 卵黄 : 1個分

Point
・The amount is for one person.
・We use 3 times concentrated mentsuyu.
・Frozen udon can be replaced with boiled udon.
・Wasabi is used in a tube.
・When using boiled udon noodles, add a small amount of water (not listed) and heat in the microwave for 2 minutes.
・Dashi soy sauce can be substituted for mentsuyu.
