- 醤油 : 30.8g
- みりん : 30.8g
- 一味唐辛子 : 適量
- ごま油 : 小さじ2
- ごま油(仕上げ用) : 小さじ1
- かつお節 : 適量

Add water and konnyaku to a frying pan and bring to a boil.
Drain the water and measure the konnyaku.
Pour back into skillet. -

Add sesame oil to 1, mix, and fry over medium heat for about 4 minutes.
Add 2 and stir-fry.
Add chili pepper, sesame (not listed), and sesame oil (for finishing) in that order, and fry each time.
Serve on a plate and complete with bonito flakes.
Point
・For konjac that does not need to be scum, skip the pre-boiling step.
・By thoroughly frying the konjac, the moisture evaporates, making it easier for the flavor to permeate.
・Use 11% konnyaku for the seasoning in step 2.
・In step 3, be careful not to burn when the water is gone.
・The chili pepper in step 3 becomes more spicy when heated, so add a small amount and adjust to your liking later.
