Ingredients
- silken tofu : 150g

Put silken tofu in a bowl and mix well with a whisk until smooth.
Add sugar and pancake mix and mix with a rubber spatula.
While the flour remains, add the chocolate chips and mix the dough to form a lump. -

Place aluminum foil on the baking sheet.
Cut the dough into 8 to 10 equal pieces, roll them into balls, and place them on a baking sheet.
Place in a toaster and bake at 190 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
After 5 to 8 minutes on the way, turn the top plate over.

Point

・Firm tofu can be used instead of silken tofu, but since the amount of water is low, it is better to add water 1 tablespoon at a time.
