  • (A)醤油 : 小さじ1/2

  • サラダ油(目玉焼き用) : 大さじ1

Procedure

  1. 1) 下準備をする 01:28

    Chop the peppers into chunks.
    Chop the onions as well.
    Cut the fish sausage lengthwise into 4 pieces, then cut into cubes.

    Put vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the peeled and finely chopped garlic.
    Add the fish sausage from 1 and stir-fry. When it is slightly browned, add the bell peppers, onions, and (A) from 1 and stir-fry.

    フライパンにサラダ油(目玉焼き用)を入れて加熱し、卵を割り入れて強火にする。
    白身のふちに焦げ目が付いたら取り出す。

    お皿に温めたごはん、2を盛り付け3を乗せて完成。

Point

・Egg (fried egg) is optional.
・If using frozen rice, thaw and warm.
