Add sugar and mix well until it turns white.
After adding the cake flour, cut it into the whole and mix well until the powderiness disappears.
Roughly break in 80g of chocolate and mix. -

1を5～6個に分け、間隔を空けてスプーンで掬って乗せる。
チョコレート20g分を均等に上に乗せる。
1000Wのトースターで10～20分焼く。
途中表面が焦げそうなら、アルミホイルを被せる。
粗熱が取れたら完成。
Point
・Bring butter to room temperature.
・When using cold butter, heat it in a 500W microwave oven for 30 seconds.
・If you sprinkle soft flour and add it, it will quickly blend in.
