- (A) Mirin : 小さじ1〜2(5g〜10g)
- (A) Miso : 小さじ1強(10g)
- (A) sweet soy sauce : 小さじ2強(25g)
- (A) water : 15g
- (A) salt : a pinch
- ごま油 : 適量
- サラダ油 : 適量
- ニンニク : 適量
