- (A) Noodle soup : 小さじ1と1/2
- (A) water : 適量
- 有塩バター : 10g
- 青のり : 適量
- 塩 : 小さじ1/3
- サラダ油 : 2 to 3 tablespoons

Point
・Shirodashi can be substituted for the mentsuyu.
・Wear gloves when handling yam. Applying vinegar to your hands will reduce itching.
・In step 2 (A), adjust the water to your desired thickness. It's good to make it thinner than the taste you want to finish.
・In step 3, bake with a lot of oil so that both sides are crispy.
・For step 3, use 1 and 1/2 tablespoons.
