Put (A) in a frying pan and heat over medium heat until the water has permeated the sugar and the color changes.

Point
・Use 110g of peeled bananas.
・You can use crushed walnuts instead of sliced almonds for the topping.

・Process 3 uses aluminum foil coated with silicone resin. If you use regular aluminum foil, apply a thin layer of oil before baking.
