  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1
  • (A)醤油 : 大さじ3
  • (A)酒 : 大さじ3
  • 鰹節 : 2g
  • ごま : 適量

    軽く沸騰したら2を加えて混ぜながら煮詰める。
    新玉ねぎ全体に色が付き水分が少なくなったら、指で潰して粉にした鰹節を加える。
    水分が軽く残る程度で火を止め、ごまを加えたら完成。

Point

・Because the main pickle is new onion, I used less ginger, but you can add more ginger if you like.
・If you prefer a stronger spiciness of ginger, you can omit the boiling process.
