Ingredients
- new potatoes : 4 (400g)
- (A) Mirin : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Liquor : 1 tablespoon
- (A) sugar : 大さじ2と1/2
- (B) water : 100ml
- (B) Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- (B) salt : ひとつまみ
- サラダ油 : 大さじ1

Procedure

                        Prepare new potatoes

                        Remove the sprouts from the new potatoes and cut them into bite-sized pieces. 
 Place in a bowl of water (not listed).
 Remove the scum for about 5 minutes.
 Rinse with water and wipe dry with kitchen paper.

 Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the edges of the new potatoes are translucent.
 Turn off the heat and wipe off excess oil with kitchen paper.

 Sauté over medium heat for about 1 minute.
 Add (B), mix and bring to a boil.
 Reduce heat to low and cover with kitchen paper.
 Pour broth on kitchen paper.
 Simmer over low heat for 10-12 minutes.
 Take out the kitchen paper.
 Heat for about 3 minutes by rolling while evaporating the moisture.
