- バナナ : 3本
- ホットケーキミックス : 150g
- 無塩バター : 60g
- Granulated sugar (for dough) : 30g
- グラニュー糖 : 適量
- 卵 : 1個

Spread a cooking sheet on the mold.

Peel 2 bananas, tear them apart and put them in a heatproof bowl.
Heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds and mash the bananas.
Put the unsalted butter in another heat-resistant bowl and heat it in the microwave at 600W for 30 seconds.
Mix well to melt the butter, add to the banana and mix well.
Add granulated sugar (for dough) and eggs in that order, and mix with a whisk each time.
Add the pancake mix while sifting and mix with a whisk. -

Peel the rest of the banana and cut it in half lengthwise.

食べやすい大きさに切り、お皿に盛って完成。
Point
・The amount for one 18cm pound type is described.
・The same amount of salad oil can be substituted for unsalted butter.
・Granulated sugar can be replaced with white sugar or cane sugar.
・Use L size eggs.
・Sweetness comes out by heating the bananas put in the dough in step 2 once.
・In step 4, if you cool the dough while it is in the mold, the center part will be constricted, so remove it from the mold immediately after baking.
