  • 片栗粉 : 大さじ2
  • サラダ油 : 大さじ1
  • (A)酒 : 大さじ1
  • (A)マヨネーズ : 大さじ1
  • (B)鶏がらスープの素 : 小さじ2
  • (B)塩 : 小さじ1/2
  • (B)にんにくチューブ : 小さじ1
  • (B)ごま油 : 大さじ2

Procedure

    Put (A) in a plastic bag and mix.

    フライパンにサラダ油を入れ弱めの中火にかける。
    鶏むね肉を入れ、両面焼き色がつくまで焼く。

Point

・By rubbing the chicken breast with mayonnaise, it becomes soft.
