Ingredients
- Chicken thigh : 120g
- frozen rice : 200g
- うま味調味料塩 : 適量
- 玉ねぎ : 60g
- 卵 : 2個
- 三つ葉 : 1/4袋
- 油 : 小さじ2
- Bonito : 2g
- (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ4
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ2
- (A) Umami seasoning : 4振り
- (A) water : 大さじ1
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1/4

Procedure

Cut the trefoil into 3-4 cm wide pieces.
Slice the onions perpendicular to the grain.
Heat the bonito flakes in the microwave for 40 seconds and knead them with your fingers to make bonito flakes.
Heat the frozen rice in a 600W microwave for 3 minutes and 30 seconds.
Cut chicken thighs into small pieces. -

鶏もも肉にうま味調味料塩を振り揉み込む。
スキレットが温まったら、玉ねぎと鶏もも肉の皮目を下にして入れて焼く。
火が通り、焼き色がついたらバットに移す。 -

2のスキレットを洗わずに、ご飯を入れ上に2と三つ葉を乗せる。

器に鰹粉と(A)を入れて混ぜる。

Point
・Be sure to add the trefoil because the scent is important.
・Katsuobushi can be used as is, but it will remain in the mouth, so bonito powder is more palatable.
・You can use freshly cooked rice instead of frozen rice.
・You can use a small frying pan instead of a skillet.
・By using the skillet that was burnt in step 2 without washing, you can make the most of the flavor and aroma.
・You can eat it with shichimi chili pepper if you like.
