Put yogurt and sugar in a bowl and mix with a whisk until combined.
Break in the egg and mix.
Sift in the cake flour and mix until there are no lumps or powder. -

Heat in the microwave for 1 minute at 500W.
Open the lid of the microwave oven and heat again at 500W for 1 minute.
Take a rough fever. -

Peel off the ends and serve on a plate to complete.
Point
・The amount is for 2 pieces.
・I use a 10cm cocotte.
・Do not use butter or fresh cream.
- Easy to make in the microwave.
・I use yogurt that does not require draining, but if you use regular yogurt, drain it.
・Use medium size eggs.
