Ingredients
- (A) water : 100ml
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) dashi stock : 小さじ1
- (A) grated ginger : 小さじ1
- (A) Katakuriko : 小さじ1
- 木綿豆腐 : 1丁(300g)
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ3
- もやし : 1袋(200g)
- 塩胡椒 : 少々
- 刻み小ネギ : 適量
