  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
  • (A) Mirin : 大さじ1
  • (A) dashi stock : 小さじ1
  • (A) grated ginger : 小さじ1
  • (A) Katakuriko : 小さじ1
  • 木綿豆腐 : 1丁(300g)
  • 片栗粉 : 大さじ3
  • もやし : 1袋(200g)
  • 塩胡椒 : 少々
  • 刻み小ネギ : 適量
