Cut the mizuna

Cut off the root of the mizuna and cut into 4cm pieces.
Wash under running water, changing the water 2-3 times, then drain. -

1をジップ袋に移し、和風だしパックの中身と(A)を入れて外側から手で揉む。
空気を抜いて再度口を閉じ、冷蔵庫で3時間漬けたら完成。
Point
・The Japanese dashi pack can be substituted with 2 teaspoons of Japanese granulated dashi.
・You can use regular vinegar instead of apple cider vinegar, but adding apple cider vinegar will add flavor and make the dish more delicious.
