  • (A)塩 : ひとつまみ
  • (A)レモン汁 : 小さじ1
  • (A)オリーブオイル : 大さじ1
  • 乾燥パセリ : 適量
  • オリーブオイル : 適量

  1. 1) 下準備をする 01:00

    ボウルに水(解凍用)と塩(解凍用)、冷凍シーフードミックスを入れて解凍する。
    半解凍したら、適度な大きさに切る。
