  • (A)酢 : 大さじ2
  • (A)砂糖 : 大さじ2
  • (A)豆板醤 : 小さじ1
  • (A)ごま油 : 大さじ1/2
  • (A)白ごま : 小さじ1
  • サラダ油 : 大さじ3

Procedure

    Put (A) in a bowl and mix.
    Shred the ginger with the skin on.
    Thinly slice the leek diagonally and loosen.
    Add ginger and green onion to (A) and mix.
