Ingredients
- tomato : 3 small (about 120g each)
- 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
- 青じそ : 3~4枚
- 粗びきコショウ : 適量
- (A) sugar : 大さじ1/2~1
- (A) Vinegar : 大さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Olive oil : 大さじ2

Thinly slice the onion and soak in water (not listed) for 5 minutes.
Grate 1/2 tomato and put it in a bowl, and cut the rest into 8 pieces. -

Point
・Cut the onion as thinly as possible so that it sticks to the tomato easily.
We recommend using ripe tomatoes.
・Squeeze the water out of the onion well so that the flavor does not become diluted.
・You can use chopped green onions, herbs, and basil instead of green perilla.
・Chilling time in the refrigerator is not included in the required time.
