Ingredients
- Soba spaghetti : 300g
- ゆきわりだけ : 適量
- ヤングコーン : 適量
- ニンニク : 3 pieces
- ブルーベリー : 適量
- 万能ネギ : 適量
- めんつゆ : 60cc
- 茹で汁 : 150cc
- バター : 30g
- 塩胡椒 : 少々
- 酒とき片栗粉 : 適量
- えごま : 適量
- オリーブオイル : 適量

Remove the roots of just the yukiwari, loosen them with chopsticks, and cut them into bite-sized pieces.
Wash the young corn and cut it diagonally into bite-sized pieces.
Peel the garlic and cut it into 5mm slices. -

Boil water (not included in the recipe) in a frying pan.
Add salt (not included in the recipe) and soba spaghetti and boil for 8 minutes.
Drain the soba spaghetti in a colander.
Add butter to a frying pan and heat to melt.
Add the garlic and fry.
Add the young corn and stir fry.
Add only the yukiwari and stir fry.
Stir in olive oil and salt and pepper.
Once the oil has been mixed in, add the boiling water and mix.
Add the noodle soup and mix.
Add sake and potato starch to thicken.
Add the buckwheat spaghetti and mix.
Add perilla seeds and mix. -
