- enoki mushrooms : 100g

- (A) Liquor : 大さじ2
- (A) grated garlic : 大さじ1
- (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ1/2
- (B) soft flour : 大さじ2
- (B) Katakuriko : 大さじ3
- 揚げ油 : 適量

Tear the maitake mushrooms into easy-to-eat pieces by hand.
Cut the king oyster mushroom into 1cm thick slices.
Cut off the stalks of the enoki mushrooms and tear them into bite-sized pieces by hand. -

Cover with plastic wrap to prevent air from entering and soak for 10 minutes. -

Point
・You can use whatever mushrooms you like.
・In the video, I use tube-type grated garlic, but you can grate raw garlic as well.
・When using 3-fold or 4-fold concentrated mentsuyu, adjust the amount to about 1 and 1/2 tablespoons.
・We use sake that does not contain salt.
・When soaking the mushrooms in the seasoning liquid, mix the mushrooms once after 5 minutes and mix the sauce again.
