- (A) Mirin : 大さじ1
- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Noodle soup : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Chopped ginger : 小さじ1/2
- 水溶き片栗粉 : 大さじ1/2
- 鰹節 : 適量
- 小ネギ : 適量
- わさび : 適量

Cut the deep-fried tofu into 4 equal parts.
Cut off the stalks of the enoki mushrooms, cut them into bite-size pieces, and loosen the roots. -

Drain rice oil.
Add the deep-fried tofu and turn it over to brown all four sides.
Place the deep-fried tofu on a plate. -

Add (A) over medium heat and bring to a boil over high heat.
Turn the heat to medium and add the water-soluble potato starch.
