- (A)酒 : 50ml
- (A)みりん : 50ml
- (A)醤油 : 75ml
- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ3
- (A)にんにくチューブ : 小さじ1
- (A)生姜チューブ : 小さじ1

Add (A) to the inner pot of the rice cooker and mix well.
Add pork belly block meat, top with sauce and cook normally.
When it's done cooking, turn it over and keep it warm for 30 seconds, and it's done.
Point
・A char siu recipe that can be easily made in a rice cooker.
・Depending on the type of rice cooker, there are some that continue to cook until the moisture is gone, so in that case, turn off the switch after 1 hour and keep it warm.
・You can make boiled eggs and eat them with sauce.
・You can eat it with black pepper if you like.
