- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1
- (A)醤油 : 大さじ2
- (A)オイスターソース : 大さじ1
- (A)みりん : 大さじ1
- (A)酒 : 大さじ1
- (A)顆粒和風だし : 小さじ1
- (A)水 : 300ml

Put (A) into the inner pot of the rice cooker and mix lightly.
Add silken tofu and cook with normal rice to complete.
Point
・Recommend using hojicha or barley tea instead of water.
・Silk tofu does not need to be drained.
・We recommend silken tofu, but if you are worried about it falling apart when boiled, you can use firm tofu or grilled tofu.
・You can make boiled eggs by dipping boiled eggs in the remaining broth.
・You can eat it with shichimi chili pepper if you like.
