Ingredients
- chicken meat : 2 sheets
- 玉ねぎ : 1/4個

- 牛乳 : 200ml
- 水 : 300ml
- Fresh cream : 50ml
- パイ生地 : 2枚
- 卵液 : 適量
- 塩黒胡椒 : 適量

Remove the skin from the chicken and shred it into small pieces.
Sprinkle with salt and black pepper and let sit for 30 minutes.
Chop the onion finely.
Cut the bacon into strips.
Slice the mushrooms thinly. -

Add the onion and bacon and sauté.
Add the mushrooms and stir fry.
Add the flour and stir fry.
Add milk and water.
Add salt and black pepper.
Add the cream and mix.
Add soup until the container is 8/10th full. -

Bake in a 200 degree oven for 20 minutes and it's done.
Point
- Fry the onions and bacon until golden brown.
・Add the flour and stir fry until the flour is no longer visible.
- Thaw the pie dough in advance for about 10 to 15 minutes.
・Serves 2.
