  • (B) cooking sake : 大さじ1
  • (B) Chinese soup stock : 小さじ1
  • (B) Black pepper : 適量
  • キャベツ : 適量
  • 玉ねぎ : 適量
  • ピーマン : 適量
  • 油(エビ用) : 大さじ1

Procedure

  1. 1) thaw the shrimp 01:07

    Rehydrate shrimp in salt water.

    Cut the cabbage into strips.
    Cut the onion into thin slices.
    Cut the peppers into strips.
    Mince the garlic.

    フライパンに油(焼きそば用)を入れて焼きそばを入れて焼く。
    焼きそばをほぐす。
    キャベツ、玉ねぎ、ピーマンを戻し入れる。
    (B)を入れて馴染ませる。
    エビを戻し入れて炒める。

    お皿に5を盛って完成。
