- ツナ缶 : 1/2缶
- (A)マヨネーズ : 大さじ2
- (A)白だし : 大さじ1
- (A)わさび : 3㎝~4㎝
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1/3
- (A) black pepper : 適量
- きゅうり : 1/2本
- きざみ海苔 : 適量
