- 豚こま肉 : 150g
- 生姜 : 10g

- (A) Water : 200cc
- (A) salt : 1つまみ
- (A) black pepper : 適量
- (B) Katakuriko : 小さじ2
- (B) Liquor : 大さじ1と1/2
- ラー油 : 適量
- 黒胡椒(仕上げ用) : 適量

Cut the long onion diagonally.
Slice the ginger into thin strips.
Cut pork tenderloin into strips.
Dice the firm tofu. -

Add spring onion and fry.
Add firm tofu and fry.

Mix (B).
